Join the fourth Roundtable on the 1st June of the Poblenou Fabrica exhibition (5 May – 15 June), portraying the evolution of Poblenou’s tangible and intangible productive heritage.
We increasingly perceive cities as sources of shared resources and knowledge. Among the varied elements that compose them, productive spaces play a fundamental role not only in the production of new materials and technologies, but also as dynamic spaces where people with different skills, talents and trajectories meet. From digital fabrication spaces, to creativity or craft collectives, in this roundtable we will explore the diversity of productive hubs that are developing today in Barcelona.
To do this, we invite representatives of Ateneus de Fabricació, makerspaces, fab labs, and other creative spaces in the city to talk about their strategies for the generation of opportunities, local production and digital social innovation.
